Make happiness happen

The ask.

Consult and execute an internal culture programme that helps senior management communicate high-level corporate strategy and goals to staff members in an engaging, fun and memorable way.

The approach.

We hired 6 helicopters and flew the staff to the top of Mt Nicholas (Queenstown) to thank, entertain and deliver the coming years BHAG’s. Each employee was given a personalised work journal with instructions narrated throughout by the company CHO (Chief Happiness Officer), Bailey (dog). Inter-departmental gamification competitions were designed and implemented to encourage productivity and friendly competition.

The result.

A renewed sense of purpose through the creation of a "Guide to Happiness" at Star Insurance Specialists – and values the team could all rally behind.
