By creating fantastic personal care products that use powerful plant extracts such as East Cape mānuka oil as key ingredients, their intention is to empower you to become the best version of yourself while using their business to help regenerate native forests.

The ask.

Create a brand identity and packaging design system for this uniquely New Zealand range of plant based personal care products.

The approach.

It sounds counterintuitive - but you can create a design that is both bold and elegant. We achieved this with a measured and restrained balance of colour, type and the incorporation of natural organic materials in the packaging.

The result.

Timeless, beautiful and bold. The labels are grounded on matt black, detailed in white, coated with metallic colours and embellished with a spot over-gloss of a botanical illustration. The unique selling points (Condition, Heal, Protect) are elegantly rendered as icons front and centre. The resulting design system portrays a premium product range crafted by science - derived from nature.
