Induction safety campaign

The ask.

Create all elements for a comprehensive work safety campaign aimed at educating new recruits and refreshing existing employees.

The approach.

We created two lovable and humorous animated characters (Jono & George) to lead employees through the safety programme with demonstrations of real-life “gone wrong” situations. An animated induction video was supplemented with a personalised safety workbook with sections that staff had to complete to prove competence and understanding.

The result.

100% staff engagement and compliance, resulting in the lowest number of workplace accidents ever recorded.
